  The food is good and everything you would expect from a Panera, but the service is ugh. I never feel welcome, no one aside from the managers really carries a conversation with you at the counter. I feel completely awkward in this Panera despite having visited dozens of times. I keep going because i like Panera and the location is convenient, but I'm left wanting more of an experience for the price.

  I can't eat much at Panera due to being gluten intolerant unless I take gluten and milk enzymes. But what I can eat is good.
  
  I came to catch up with a friend. I ordered a tea and one of their new less gluten chocolate cookies.
  
  The cookie was awesome.
  
  But Panera really needs to change the names of the new less glutenous products to indicate that. They sound like they probably are gluten free (not that they explicitly say gluten free).
  
  The cashier was awesome and made sure I knew that they just had less gluten. IMO a customer who was less forth coming than me might mistake them for gluten free.
  
  The tea was good, but what's not to like about a Republic of Teas tea? :)
